Panoply has developed a very rigorous quality-assurance process, which is adapted to each individual customer. It incorporates risk assessment, inspection of files received, compliance with the specifications, and all checking and validation stages.

Thorough checking of our partner printers

Our Purchasing service identifies, evaluates and selects our printers.

They are selected on the basis of very specific criteria: price, quality, service, receptiveness, flexibility, technology, financial solvency and environmental performance, amongst others.

We perform an in-house evaluation of them every year, and we conduct regular plant visits, in order to ensure they still meet these various criteria.

We select the printer that will be best suited to your specifications

Our in-depth knowledge of the printing market means we can select the suppliers that have the best-performing facilities and, in particular, that are best-suited to our customer’s specifications.

This “suitable facilities/technical specifications” ensures both the quality of your printed materials and optimisation of your costs.

Drawing-up of the technical specifications

As a print manager, we are aware that drawing up technical specifications is essential for your project to be successfully carried out. Upstream of preparation of the technical specifications, Panoply is at your disposal to study your requests and offer tailor-made, bespoke solutions.

The technical specifications give us a framework for the manufacturing of communication media. For example:

  • Format (portrait, landscape or top-binding)
  • Number of colours
  • Pagination
  • Printing type (recto/verso or just recto)
  • Forwarding (half fold, tri-fold, etc.)
